Terms and Conditions

When an appointment is set, the agreeing party is thereby bound by the following terms and conditions:

General Policy:

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• No artwork or designing will begin until a deposit has been placed.

• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

• If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• Important: Appointments with @Cloudberry.tattoo require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions.

• For all other artists at Inkluded Studio, 1 week's notice is required to reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

• If you cancel less than one week (or 2 weeks for @Cloudberry.tattoo) before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you wish to reschedule and meet the required notice period, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.

• If you postpone your appointment, please note: your second appointment is not cancellable. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel again.

Health & Medication:

• If you are taking any medications—especially antibiotics, blood thinners, or immunosuppressants—you must inform Inkluded Studio in advance, as these may affect your tattoo procedure or healing.

• In the event that you need to reschedule due to medication or medical circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.

• If you communicate within the required notice period, we may allow your deposit to be transferred without additional fees, at the studio’s discretion.

• Failing to notify us in time may result in the standard forfeiture of your deposit.

Additional Terms:

• If no contact is made within 6 months of placing a deposit, and no appointment is booked, your deposit will be forfeited. Any artwork created may be released as ‘tattoo flash’.

• Deposits are valid for 12 months from the date of payment, provided the tattoo hasn't been started.

• All custom artwork remains the property of Inkluded Studio.

• If you are a no-show and do not make contact, your deposit will be forfeited.

Studio Discretion:

• The studio reserves the right to make exceptions in rare or emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, on a case-by-case basis.

• We also reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behaviour is deemed disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful. In such cases, we may refund any money paid and decline to proceed with the tattoo.
