Terms and Conditions

At our human-centred tattoo studio, we value your experience. Our terms & conditions provide flexibility and ensure a great tattoo journey for you and our staff. Please read them carefully for a smooth and enjoyable process.

- All deposits are non-refundable.
- No artwork or designing will be commenced until a deposit has been placed.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
- If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded.

-In the event that a client needs to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen medical circumstances, such as the use of certain medications, please notify the studio as soon as possible. The studio reserves the right to exercise discretion in such cases, and the client may be allowed to transfer their deposit to a new appointment without incurring additional fees.
- Clients are required to notify Inkluded Studio in advance about any use of medication, particularly antibiotics, blood thinners, and immunosuppressants that may affect the tattoo process or healing results.
- In cases where medication usage is communicated within the notice period mentioned in the terms and conditions, rescheduling the appointment will be considered without incurring any additional fees.
- However, failure to disclose medication usage within the stipulated notice period will result in the standard terms and conditions applying, including potential rescheduling fees.

- If you cancel your appointment less than one week before the scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.

- You must notify us no later than a week if you cannot keep your appointment and wish to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
- If postponed, your second appointment is not cancelable meaning your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you fail to schedule your appointment within a reasonable time frame (6 months) after your deposit has been placed and you have made no contact with me during that time, your deposit will be forfeited and any artwork created for you will become available as 'tattoo flash'.
- Deposits that have been paid but the tattoo has not been started are valid for a period of 12 months only.
- Any custom work created for you remains the property of Inkluded Studio.
- If you are a 'no-show' for your booked appointment and fail to make contact with the studio, your deposit will be forfeited.
- The studio reserves the right to exercise discretion in certain circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and the client will be informed of any adjustments to the standard terms.
- the business reserves the right to refuse service to any client at its discretion. The studio aims to maintain a positive and comfortable environment, and in cases where a client's behaviour is deemed disruptive or uncomfortable, the studio reserves the right to return any money paid and refuse to proceed with the requested work. The decision to refuse service will be made on a case-by-case basis to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff, and to maintain the overall atmosphere of Inkluded Studio.

Inkluded Tattoo Studio Black Friday Campaign - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Credits:
   - The extra credits obtained through the Black Friday campaign are applicable exclusively to custom tattoo projects and cannot be redeemed for flash designs. However, regular credits can still be utilized towards flash designs.
2. Usage Period:
   - The promotional credits earned during the Black Friday campaign can only be utilized for new projects submitted after the campaign's launch on 19th November 2023. Additionally, appointments must be scheduled on or before 24th November 2024, to avail of the promotional credit.

3. Doubling Entries:
   - To double your entries in the Black Friday draw, participants must contact us at
   - Proof of liking, commenting, sharing our Black Friday post, and following our designated Instagram account must be presented to qualify for double entries.
   - Failure to provide sufficient evidence for each step (liking, commenting, sharing, and following) will disqualify the participant from receiving double entries.

4. Draw Date:
   - The draw for the winners will take place on 28th November 2023 at 5 PM and will be announced on Inkluded Tattoo Studio's Instagram account

5. Campaign End Date:
   - The Black Friday campaign concludes on 24th November 2023, at 11:59 PM.

6. General Conditions:
   - The Black Friday promotion is valid only for transactions and interactions occurring during the specified campaign period.
   - Inkluded Tattoo Studio reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
   - Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.
   - Inkluded Tattoo Studio is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may occur during the Black Friday campaign.
