Terms and Conditions

When an appointment is set, the agreeing party is thereby bound by the following terms and conditions:

General Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• No artwork or designing will begin until a deposit has been placed.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
• If you cancel and do not reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
• A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required to reschedule.
• Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Cancelling less than 1 week before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• If proper notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment.
• If you postpone your appointment, the second booking is not cancellable. Cancelling again will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Health & Medication
• You must inform Inkluded Studio in advance if you are taking antibiotics, blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or any medication that may affect the procedure or healing.
• If you need to reschedule due to medical reasons, notify us as soon as possible.
• If you inform us within the required notice period, we may transfer your deposit at the studio’s discretion.
• Failure to notify us in time may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Additional Terms
• If no contact is made within 6 months of placing a deposit and no appointment is booked, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Deposits remain valid for 12 months from the date of payment, provided the tattoo has not been started.
• All custom artwork remains the property of Inkluded Studio.
• No-shows without contact will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Studio Discretion
• The studio may make exceptions in rare or emergency situations, including medical emergencies, at its discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful. In such cases, we may refund any money paid and decline to proceed with the tattoo.
